En la misma ciudad ya funciona el Centro de Desarrollo de Negocio de Linares, de Sercotec, otra medida concreta para perfeccionar a micro y medianos emprendedores, generar nuevas ideas de negocios y fortalecer el mercado de micro y pequeñas empresas que en la región alcanzan el 97% del mercado generador de empleo”.
